The Nabni Building for Peace (B4P) Facility is pleased to announce its Syria Call for Concept Notes (CfCN) to solicit project ideas from locally-rooted consortia of Non-Governmental Organisation for projects in Syria. The objective of the CFCN/SY/25/001 is to obtain context-driven Concept Notes from consortia for projects aiming to promote peace and strengthen social cohesion, sustainable development and local governance through a Building for Peace approach, adopting (and adapting) Nabni’s Theory of Change in Syria.

The template to submit Concept Notes can be downloaded from the Nabni electronic Call for Proposals system (Nabni e-CfP) using the link above from 01/07/2025 until 10/08/2025 at 16:00 (Damascus time; GMT+3).
To upload and submit Concept Notes, please follow the instructions outlined in the e-CfP Instructions: eCFP_Instructions for applicant organisations 2
Concept Notes shall be submitted through the e-CfP system no later than 10/08/2025 (16:00 Damascus time; GMT+3).
It is not possible to submit your Concept Note after the deadline or outside the Nabni e-CfP system. Failure to meet the closing date will result in the Concept Note being rejected.
Submitting Questions and Accessing Answers:
Applicants are welcome to submit questions about the process or content of the Call for Concept Notes.
To submit questions, please access the Call for Concept Notes document using the link provided above. Once downloaded, you can submit your questions via the designated link. In the interest of transparency and fairness, the Nabni Facility will compile answers to all questions received and publish these twice a week on the link above without identifying the source of the questions. Questions can be submitted until 04/08/2025 at 12:00 (noon) (Damascus time; GMT+3).

Virtual Orientation Sessions
To ensure potential applicants are well-informed about the application process, Nabni will offer two virtual orientation sessions for interested organisations. These sessions will explain the Call for Concept Notes (CfCN), relevant templates, expectations for the process, and address general questions.
