Nahda Makers Organization (NMO) invites qualified and legally registered construction companies to express their interest in the Spate Irrigation System – Al-Makhzan System, Abyan Delta. This Project aims to restore hydraulic infrastructure efficiency and improve water resource management in the targeted agricultural area, ensuring sustainable agricultural production and enhancing food security. This EOI is part of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage aims to pre-qualify eligible and capable bidders, while the second stage involves the tendering process, where shortlisted companies will be invited to submit a detailed technical and financial proposal No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders. |
